Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
